  • We offer personal training and group classes for all ages and abilities utilizing Functional Patterns* training methodologies. Learn to move well and upgrade your techniques for standing, walking, running, and throwing as the baseline for functional movement. Using this baseline will help address your posture and chronic pain, as well as improve your movement in daily life and in athletic performance. We take a whole-body approach to strength training and assure you won’t get injured in the process.

  • Yes! Whether you’re dealing with pain in your daily movements or in a sport, or even if you’re not in pain and want to upgrade your body mechanics to feel strong, this is the place for you. We work with a large range of clients- some who have never stepped foot in a gym, and some who are professional athletes wanting to improve their performance. All ages and abilities welcome.

  • Your first session will be a one-hour assessment. Please fill out this form. After your assessment you can sign up for a discounted package for your first three sessions.

  • A late or last-minute cancellation fee will be implemented at the discretion of your practitioner. Please be in touch with us as soon as you’re aware that you need to cancel or reschedule your session or class. Thank you!
